Yes, we charge a consultation fee which is applied toward the project when you move forward with construction. Typical consultation fee is $100.00. With this we bring with us over 40 years of wisdom in the construction field as well as our main forte being hardscape.

Yes, we focus on larger, custom outdoor living projects and typically have a minimum project investment threshold. Our minimum project budget is $15,000.

Project start times depend on scheduling and scope, but we will provide a clear timeline during the consultation process.
