Just as with interior construction, outdoor construction and backyard makeovers need and should be completed in a specific order. Below we will lay out just several of these facets so you, the reader, understand what should be completed first and then the order of the other items to complete your whole backyard makeover and outdoor living space. MASONRY HARDSCAPE PATIOS – FIRST PHASE
Just as when you engage in an interior project- you would not place the hardwood floor installation prior to the painting. This same deliverance and procedure hold true to your backyard renovation. With outdoor living projects, you would want to first start off with what is known as “ Hardscape “. This can consist of many facets yet predominantly it revolves around patios, outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls and so forth. Hardscape can be a bit messy and destructive to existing grasses and landscape. Our recommendation to all clients if they want to break their outdoor living space into phases is to move forward with the most important facet of the backyard- the PATIO ! This can be an amazing array of products from natural stone to brick as well as man made brick paver products.
